AI is a tool. Like any tool, it works better in trained hands. I spent 45 years learning complex systems the hard way, mechanical, plumbing, and the people problems that come with both. AI is the newest system I have had to learn, and I am learning it the same way I learned everything else: by using it, testing it, and figuring out where it actually helps. You do not need to be a programmer or have any technical background to do the same. This page is where I share what I have found. No hype, no jargon you do not need. Just what works, and what to watch out for.

You may see the term “Super Intelligence” used elsewhere, but this site sticks with AI, since it remains the term used worldwide by researchers, companies, and the public, and it is the one you will actually need to know to search, read, and learn effectively.

The first three classes are free. After that the price to be an AI academy member is $6.99 per month.

You use AI tools, but do you know what is actually happening when you type a question and an answer appears? This class explains what a large language model really is, in plain language, no technical background required. You will also learn about a simple tool, a plain text file, that changes every answer you get from AI going forward.

Understanding AI only takes you so far. This class is hands-on. You will start building your own file, the same kind used in Class 1, filled in with details about your own life and work. You will finish one section together in class and take the rest home to complete before Class 3.

This is where it comes together. You will upload your finished file into an AI, write a prompt that pulls from it, and see a response built around your actual situation, not a generic answer. Most people are surprised by how different it feels. From here, the AI for Living membership picks up where this class leaves off.

Your Childhood DNA file shapes every prompt response that follows it. Complete it honestly, then confirm your Business and Personal DNA files are finished to your satisfaction. Upload all three to a Claude project, repeat the Class 3 prompts along with this class’s prompt, and read what comes back. From there, we build your Writing Voice DNA file.
